We accept returns and cancellations. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Post items back within 7 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and item should be in it's original condition. If you have any issues with the product please contact us immediately.

All orders up to £20 will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post within 2-3 business days. Orders over £20 will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class post and will need a signature.
We only post to UK addresses.

You can also change the delivery address to the intended person. There will be no invoice sent with the parcel.
BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon first use we recommend burning for 3-4 hours until the top of the candle has melted. This will help with the burning characteristics of the candle and stop tunneling. Always place the candle on a heat resistant surface and away from pets and draughts.
ROOM SIZE
We generally use the maximum legally permitted quantities of fragrance oils in our candles. Some fragrances by their own characteristics can be more powerful than others. We recommend that one of our candles would be strong enough to fragarnce a small to medium sized room.
